Yes, security is a top priority. All communications and transactions must occur within the platform to ensure safety. Personal information should not be shared before booking. Payments must be made through our platform to prevent scams and unauthorized activities.

4. Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?

Currently, bookings cannot be modified after confirmation. If you need to make changes, please contact support for assistance or create a new reservation.

5. Is there insurance or liability coverage for hosts or renters?

At the moment, we do not offer insurance or liability coverage for hosts or renters. We are actively working on providing this feature in the future.

6. How do I set up my payout account as a host?

To receive payouts, you must set up and verify your payout account through our payment partner, Stripe. Your space cannot be made public or available for rent until this is completed.

7. What are the guidelines for communication between hosts and renters?

All communication between hosts and renters must take place on the platform to protect both parties. Sharing personal information before booking is prohibited. After booking, you can use our secure chat system to coordinate access and other details.

8. What items are prohibited from being stored?

Storing dangerous or illegal items such as drugs, explosives, firearms, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Please review our full list of prohibited items to ensure compliance.
