How the Service Works for Hosts

1. Sign Up and Create Your Profile

Start by signing up on our platform. Creating a profile is easy and only takes a few minutes. Provide basic information about yourself and set up your payout account through our secure payment partner, Stripe. Note: Your payout account must be set up and verified before your space can be made public and available for rent.

2. List Your Space

Once your payout account is verified, you can list your space. Provide details such as:

  • Space Type
  • Dimensions
  • Location
  • Pricing
  • Photos

3. Set Your Availability and Preferences

Decide when your space is available for rent. Specify any special requirements, such as access hours or security measures.

4. Receive and Manage Bookings

Renters can find your space and book it directly. You’ll receive a notification when a booking is made, along with the payment details. After the booking is confirmed, renters can contact you via our chat system.

5. Payouts

Earnings from your rentals are automatically transferred to your linked bank account via Stripe. The platform ensures secure transactions.

6. Maintain and Manage Your Space

Ensure that your space is clean, secure, and ready for renters. Update your listing regularly with new photos or details.

7. Provide Excellent Service

Be responsive, maintain open communication, and ensure the renter’s experience is smooth and satisfactory.
