By accessing or using Zunzun, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns, please discontinue the use of the service and contact us.
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the platform, website, and services provided by Zunzun.
"User" refers to any individual who uses the Service, whether as a host or a renter.
"Host" refers to a User who lists storage spaces for rent.
"Renter" refers to a User who books a storage space.
3. Eligibility
To use Zunzun, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Account Registration
Users must register an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Listings and Booking
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their storage spaces, including dimensions, location, availability, and price.
All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Zunzun does not hold any funds on behalf of Users.
6. Fees and Payments
Fees for using the Service, including transaction fees, will be displayed prior to finalizing a booking. All payments must be made through the platform.
Hosts are responsible for collecting any applicable taxes from Renters. Zunzun is not responsible for the collection or remittance of any taxes.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the Host's cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances and the Host's policy.
8. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment, fraud, and misrepresentation.
9. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they create or upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Zunzun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with the Service.
10. Termination
Zunzun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Zunzun makes no guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of the Service or the storage spaces listed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zunzun will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zunzun and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zunzun is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
Zunzun reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Rules and cancellations
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the reservation to qualify for a refund.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed through Stripe, and it may take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account.
Refund Process
- On the reservations page, nagivate to the reservation and request to cancel(Take into consideration the terms and dates of the reservation).
- Stripe’s processing fees may not be refundable.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
- Bookings that have already started.
Rules for Messaging
No Sharing of Personal Information Before Booking
Personal details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media profiles should not be shared before the booking is confirmed.
Keep All Communications on the Platform
All conversations between hosts and renters must remain within the platform’s chat system to ensure security and transparency.
Payment Through the Platform Only
Payments should only be processed through the platform to avoid scams and protect both parties.
Respectful Communication
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Rules for Storage
Prohibited Items
- Illegal substances, including drugs and controlled substances.
- Explosives, fireworks, and other hazardous materials.
- Firearms, weapons, or ammunition.
- Perishable goods or items that may attract pests.
- Flammable liquids, or any substance that poses a risk to health or safety.
Compliance with Local Laws
All items stored must comply with local laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that their stored items are lawful.
Proper Packaging and Labeling
All items must be properly packaged to prevent damage. Clear labeling is encouraged, but sensitive or personal information should be avoided.
Regular Inspections by Hosts
Hosts should periodically inspect their spaces to ensure compliance with these rules and maintain safety standards.
Violation Consequences
Any violation of these rules may result in the termination of the rental agreement, removal of stored items, and possible legal action.
Rules after reservation ends
Post-Reservation Retrieval Period
Once your reservation period ends, you have up to three (3) days to retrieve any items stored with us.
Unclaimed Items
If your items are not retrieved within that three-day period, we reserve the right to manage, relocate, or dispose of them without prior notification.
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are removed or retrieval is confirmed before the three-day grace period ends. Items left beyond this period are subject to removal without prior notification, and we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience this may cause.
